At Matson Capital Group, we stand behind the quality of our educational products. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both students and our business.

1. Flagship Course (Algorithmic Futures System Design)

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the course, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.

To request a refund: Email us at refunds@mcg.example.com with your order number and purchase email. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Important: After the 14-day window, all course sales are final. We may grant exceptions on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.

2. Digital Downloads (Template Pack, Mini-Courses, E-Books)

No Refunds After Access

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once you've accessed or downloaded the materials.

If you experience technical issues preventing access, contact us at support@mcg.example.com and we'll resolve the issue or issue a refund if we cannot provide access.

3. Algo Builders Club (Monthly Membership)

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period—you'll retain access until then.

No partial refunds: We do not prorate or refund monthly fees if you cancel mid-cycle.

First-month guarantee: If you're not satisfied after your first month, contact us within 7 days of your second charge and we'll refund your second month's payment.

4. Services (Audits, Mentorship, Workshops)

Refund by Agreement

Service refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you're not satisfied with a session or deliverable, contact us within 48 hours and we'll work to resolve the issue or provide a refund.

No-show policy: If you miss a scheduled session without 24-hour notice, the session fee is forfeited. We may reschedule once as a courtesy.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact us first at support@mcg.example.com. We're committed to resolving disputes fairly.

Chargeback policy: Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account and access to all MCG products and services.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing typically takes 5-7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
